Gopal Pillai, Vice President, Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce at Amazon
Gopal has been with Amazon since 2009 and has held various leadership roles in the U.S. and India. Gopal is currently the Vice President of Worldwide Returns and Recommerce at Amazon. He leads the global teams that are innovating to provide customers with a best-in-class returns experience, offer an array of solutions to sellers, and passionate about giving returned items a second life.Prior to this role, he led Amazon Distribution and Fulfillment Solutions, Amazon India Marketplace business, and Consumer Electronics categories. Gopal has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras, India, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
