Asians at Amazon is an inclusive community promoting cultural exchange and awareness among Asian cultures and between Asian and non-Asian cultures. The group helps connect employees of Asian descent across geographies by sharing experiences and providing access to networking, and community-building opportunities.
Black Employee Network
Amazon's Black Employee Network's (BEN) mission is to recruit, retain, and empower Black employees. BEN connects members with mentors and provides career and personal development workshops. BEN also engages with the local and regional chapters of the National Society of Black Engineers, leads recruiting initiatives with Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and partners with other organizations.

This commonly means, the first peoples of the land. This group reflects the global footprint of Amazon, fostering a community of Indigenous employees and allies through networking and shared experiences.
Latinos at Amazon
Latinos at Amazon is focused on building a community centered on hiring, retaining, and developing Latino talent, participating in community outreach, and improving the Amazon experience for customers. The group defines Latino as anyone, from any race, who self-identifies as having Latin American or Hispanic origin because of heritage, nationality, lineage, or through self-identification.
Mental Health and Well-Being
Mental Health and Well-Being (MHW) is a group designed to promote employee well-being and to create a community where employees come together to reduce the stigma of mental health, raise awareness, and create a culture of acceptance. Warriors at Amazon supports the veteran, military spouse, and military-connected communities at Amazon by bridging existing gaps for transitioning service members and their families as they enter the civilian workforce.
